Overcoming trauma is a difficult journey, and it can often times feel like one may never achieve victory over it and freedom from it. That’s why Dr. Meeker talked with Victor Marx about how he overcame his traumatic upbringing and how he is using that journey to help him as he embarks on high risk missions. Victor is an expert martial artist, former U.S. Marine, filmmaker and a sought after speaker. Victor is the founding director of the non-profit organization, All Things Possible, which works on a global scale to free children from abuse and the effects of its trauma. Also in this episode, Dr. Meg gives you her points to ponder to begin using right away and answers a question from a grandmother about her two-month-old grandson who cries all the time while with her.
